NONFICTION Fragrance Giveaway | Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The NONFICTION Fragrance Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by NONFICTION LLC ("Sponsor"), 38 Orchard Street, New York, NY 10002.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the closing deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Entry via Meta Instant Form: During the Giveaway Period, complete and submit the official NONFICTION Giveaway form available through participating Facebook and Instagram advertisements. Provide a valid email address and follow the form's instructions, including its disclosed consent to receive NONFICTION marketing emails.
Alternative Entry Without Email Subscription: To enter without subscribing to marketing emails, send an email to support@nonfiction.com with the subject line "NONFICTION Fragrance Giveaway Entry." Include your full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States or D.C.
Alternative entries must be received during the Giveaway Period and have the same odds of winning as entries submitted through the Meta Instant Form. No marketing subscription is required for alternative entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) NONFICTION Discovery Eau de Parfum Set, featuring six 3 mL fragrances.
- One (1) NONFICTION Eau de Parfum in a full-size 50 mL bottle, in a fragrance of the winner's choice from the available eligible selection.
The approximate combined retail value is $180–$195 USD, depending on the selected fragrance, with a maximum value of $195 USD.
Prize selection is subject to availability. The prize is nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged except at Sponsor's discretion for an item of equal or greater value. Sponsor will cover standard shipping to an eligible U.S. address.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, on or about November 6, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility and a valid U.S. shipping address.
If the potential winner does not respond within the stated period or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Privacy and Email Communications
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize, in accordance with NONFICTION's Privacy Policy .
Entrants who consent to receive NONFICTION marketing emails may receive communications about products, new collections, special offers, and brand updates. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, without affecting Giveaway eligibility.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, release Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway. If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
9. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to NONFICTION and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
10. Questions and Winner Information
For questions regarding the Giveaway or to request the winner's name, contact support@nonfiction.com within 30 days following the end of the Giveaway Period. Winner information will be provided to the extent permitted by applicable law.
