Shipping Policy
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO boxes and APO addresses (excluding hazardous materials).
Q: What qualifies as a hazardous (hazmat) order?
Perfumes and room sprays are considered hazmat items by the US government and require special handling and shipping methods.
Q: What types of shipping do you offer for orders?
All orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $10 USD. There is complimentary shipping for orders above $50 USD.
For expedited shipping, a flat rate of $15 USD applies for applies.
Q: What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, FedEx and USPS.
Q: What is the shipping policy for special areas?
For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, we ship with USPS and FedEx.
For orders to PO boxes and APOs we ship with USPS. Unfortunately, perfume and room spray orders cannot be sent to PO boxes or APOs.
Q: Where can I find my tracking information?
Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email and can also be found in your account.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact customer care team at help@nonfiction.com. Please note that refunds are issued back to the original payment method and it may take up to two weeks to process.
